(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Sulaimān ibn Harb narrated to us, he said: Hammād ibn Zaid narrated to us, from Ayyūb, from Abī Qilābah, from Mālik ibn al-Huwairith, may Allāh be pleased with him, he said:
We came to the Prophet ﷺ, and we were all young. We stayed with him for about twenty nights, and the Prophet ﷺ was very kind. So he said: If you return to your families, and teach them, and command them that they should pray in such a way — at this time, and at this time, and at this time — then when the time of prayer comes, one of you should give the adhān, and whoever among you is older in age should lead the prayer.
