Imam Bukhari narrates: Ahmad bin Yunus narrated to us, he said: Asim bin Muhammad narrated to us, he said: Waqid bin Muhammad narrated to me, from Muhammad bin Al-Munkadir, he says that
Hazrat Jabir prayed wearing a waist-wrapper, whose knot he had tied from the side of his nape, and his (other) clothes were hanging upon a peg. Someone said to him: You are praying wearing a single waist-wrapper. He said: I am doing this only so that a fool like you may see me. In the time of the Prophet ﷺ, which of us had two garments?
