(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Abu Nu'aim narrated the hadith to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated the hadith to us, from az-Zuhri, from Abbad bin Tamim, from his uncle, he narrated that

the Prophet ﷺ went out to seek rain, he ﷺ turned towards the Qiblah and supplicated, and turned his cloak around, then he ﷺ offered two rak'ahs of prayer and recited in a loud voice in it.
