And A'ishah, may Allāh be pleased with her, said:
I saw that the Prophet ﷺ was shielding me, and I was watching the Abyssinians, and they were performing warfare drills in the mosque. Umar scolded them. The Prophet ﷺ said: Let them be in peace, O Bani Arfidah!
- وَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْتُرُنِي وَأَنَا أَنْظُرُ إِلَى الحَبَشَةِ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ فِي المَسْجِدِ فَزَجَرَهُمْ عُمَرُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «دَعْهُمْ أَمْنًا بَنِي أَرْفِدَةَ» يَعْنِي مِنَ الأَمْنِ
