Sub-Chapter (Baab)

Sahih Al Bukhari 974

(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Abdullah bin Abdul Wahhab narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Zaid narrated to us from Ayyub from Muhammad from Umm Atiyyah, may Allāh be pleased with her, she relates that

we were commanded that we bring out the mature and veiled women (for the Eid prayer) from their homes.

And from Ayyub from Hafsah, a narration like it is also related, and in the narration of Hafsah there is this addition: Or she said: The mature and veiled women, and the menstruating women, should stay apart from the place of prayer.
