Abu Asim said: Ya'qub bin Ibrahim narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, he said: Ubaidullah narrated to us from Nafi' from Ibn Umar, may Allāh be pleased with them both, he said that

the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, and Abu Bakr, and Umar, may Allāh be pleased with them both, used to pray the two Eid prayers before the sermon.
