(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Yahya bin Bukair narrated the hadeeth to us, he said: Laith narrated the hadeeth to us, from Uqail, from Ibn Shihab, he said: Urwah informed me that Hazrat Ayesha informed him that

one night, at midnight, the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ went out towards the mosque, then a few people prayed with his prayer, then in the morning they spoke about this (in front of the people), (then on the second night) many of them gathered, so they prayed with him, then in the morning the people spoke about this, then on the third night the people of the mosque became many, then the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ went out and the people prayed with his prayer. When the fourth night came, the mosque was unable to hold its people, until the Prophet ﷺ went out for the morning prayer. When he had performed the Fajr prayer, he turned towards the people, he recited the kalimah of shahadah, then said: "Amma ba'd" (i.e., after the testimony of tawheed and risalat), your situation is not hidden from me (i.e., your eagerness for the prayer), but I fear that this prayer will be made obligatory upon you, then you will become unable to perform it.
