(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Yahya bin Bukair narrated to us, he said: Laith narrated to us from 'Aqil from Ibn Shihab that Hadhrat al-Sa'ib bin Yazid (may Allāh be pleased with him) informed that

Hadhrat 'Uthman ordered the second adhan on the day of Jumu'ah, when the people in the mosque had become very numerous, at the time when the imam sat (on the pulpit).
