(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Muhammad bin Ubaid narrated to us, he said: Isa bin Yunus narrated to us from Umar bin Sa'id, he said: Ibn Abi Mulaikah informed me from Uqbah, may Allāh be pleased with him, he said that
I prayed the Asr prayer behind the Prophet ﷺ in Madinah. So he turned the salam, then he stood up quickly and went striding over the necks of the people towards one of the rooms of his pure wives. The people became alarmed because of his haste. So he came to the people and saw that they were surprised at his hasty departure. Then he said: I remembered that we had some gold with us, so I disliked that it should keep me occupied, so I ordered it to be distributed.
