(Imām Bukhārī narrates): 'Alī ibn 'Abdullāh narrated to us, he said: Sufyān narrated to us, he said: 'Amr narrated to us, he said: Abū Ma'bad informed me, from Ibn 'Abbās, may Allāh be pleased with them both, he said:

I used to recognize the ending of the prayer of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ by the takbīr.

'Alī ibn al-Madīnī said: Sufyān narrated to us, from 'Amr, he said: Abū Ma'bad is the most truthful among the freed slaves of Ibn 'Abbās. 'Alī said: His name is Nāfidh.
