(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Sulaimān ibn Harb narrated to us, he said: Hammād ibn Zaid narrated to us, he said: Ghailān ibn Jarīr narrated to us, from Mutarrif, he narrates that:

I and 'Imrān prayed behind 'Alī ibn Abī Tālib, may Allāh be pleased with him. When he performed sajdah, he said "Allāhu Akbar," and when he raised his head from sajdah, he said "Allāhu Akbar," and when he rose after two rak'ahs, he said "Allāhu Akbar." So when he gave the salām, 'Imrān took my hand and said: He has led us in prayer just as Sayyidunā Muhammad ﷺ used to lead us in prayer — or he said: He has reminded me of the prayer of Sayyidunā Muhammad ﷺ.
