(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Muhammad ibn Bashshār narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard Qatādah, from Anas ibn Mālik, may Allāh be pleased with him, from the Prophet ﷺ, he said:

Maintain moderation in sajdah, and none of you should spread his forearms as a dog spreads (its paws).
