(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Mu'ādh ibn Fadālah narrated to us, he said: Hishām narrated to us, from Yahyā, from Abī Salamah, from Abū Hurairah, may Allāh be pleased with him, he said:
I will surely pray a prayer close to the prayer of the Prophet ﷺ. So Abū Hurairah, may Allāh be pleased with him, used to recite du'ā' al-qunūt after "Sami'a Allāhu liman hamidah" in the second rak'ah of Zuhr, and in the 'Ishā' prayer, and in the Fajr prayer; in it he would make du'ā' for good for the believers and would curse the disbelievers.
