((Imām Bukhārī narrates) that) Ismā'īl ibn Abī Uwais narrated to us, he said: Imām Mālik narrated to me, from Ibn Shihāb, from 'Ubaidullāh ibn 'Abdullāh ibn 'Utbah, from 'Abdullāh ibn 'Abbās, may Allāh be pleased with them both, he said:

I was riding a donkey (or) a she-donkey, and at that time I was near the age of bulūgh (maturity), and the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ was praying at Minā without facing towards any wall. I passed in front of some row, and I let the she-donkey go to graze, then I entered into the row, and no one objected to me.
