((Imām Bukhārī narrates) that) Abū Ma'mar narrated to us, he said: 'Abdul-Wārith narrated to us, he said: Khālid narrated to us, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbās, may Allāh be pleased with them both, he said:

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ embraced me to his chest, and he supplicated: O Allāh! Teach him the knowledge of the Book.
