Sahih Al Bukhari 754

(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Yahyā ibn Bukair narrated to us, he said: Laith ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from 'Uqail, from Ibn Shihāb, he narrated that Anas ibn Mālik, may Allāh be pleased with him, informed him, he narrated that:

the Muslims were praying the Fajr prayer, when suddenly the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ raised the curtain from 'Ā'ishah's, may Allāh be pleased with her, chamber and looked towards the Companions; they were standing in rows. So he smiled, laughing, and Abū Bakr, may Allāh be pleased with him, moved back on his heels so that he might join the row. He thought that the Prophet ﷺ intended to come out of the chamber, and the Companions intended that they would break the prayer (out of the overwhelming of joy). He gestured to them that they should complete the prayer, so he let down the curtain, and at the end of that day he passed away.
