Imām Bukhārī narrates: Ādam narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Al-Hakam narrated to us, from Ibrāhīm, from al-Aswad, he said:

I asked 'Ā'ishah, may Allāh be pleased with her, what the Prophet ﷺ used to do in the house. She said: He remained busy in the household work and in serving the family, then when the time of prayer came, he would go out for the prayer.
