Imam Bukhari narrates: Musaddad narrated to us, he said: Yazid bin Zurai' narrated to us, he said: Khalid narrated to us from Abi Qilabah from Malik bin al-Huwairith, may Allāh be pleased with him, from the Prophet ﷺ, he said:

When the time for prayer comes, you both give the Adhan and say the Iqamah for prayer, then let the elder of you two lead the prayer.
