Imam Bukhari narrates: Musaddad narrated to us, he said: Yahya informed us from Ubaidullah bin Umar, he said: Nafi' narrated to me, he said that

Ibn Umar, may Allāh be pleased with them both, gave the Adhan on a cold night in Dajnan, then said: Pray in your homes. Then he informed us that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ used to command a mu'adhdhin to give the Adhan, he would give the Adhan, then after the Adhan he would say: Listen! On a cold night or a rainy night while travelling, pray in your homes.
