Imam Bukhari narrates: Muhammad bin Yusuf narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us from Khalid al-Hadhdha from Abi Qilabah from Malik bin al-Huwairith, may Allāh be pleased with him, he said that

two men came to the Prophet ﷺ who intended to travel. Then the Prophet ﷺ said: When you two set out, then you both give the Adhan and say the Iqamah, then let the eldest of you two lead the prayer.
