Imam Bukhari narrates: Abdullah bin Yusuf narrated to us, he said: Imam Malik informed us from Nafi' from Abdullah bin Umar, may Allāh be pleased with them both, he said: Hafsah, may Allāh be pleased with her, informed me that
when the mu'adhdhin sat down for the Fajr Adhan, the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ used to pray two light rak'ahs, before the Iqamah for the Fajr prayer was said.
