Imām Bukhārī narrates: Hafs ibn 'Umar narrated to us, he said: Hishām narrated to us, from Qatādah, from Abī al-'Āliyah, from Ibn 'Abbās, may Allāh be pleased with them both, he said:

Trustworthy people bore witness to me, and the most trustworthy witness was that of 'Umar, may Allāh be pleased with him: that the Prophet ﷺ forbade praying after the Fajr prayer until the sun begins to shine, and forbade praying after 'Asr until the sun sets.

Imām Bukhārī narrates: Musaddad narrated to us, he said: Yahyā narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Qatādah, he narrates: I heard Abū al-'Āliyah, from Ibn 'Abbās, may Allāh be pleased with them both, he narrated that people narrated this hadith to me.
