Imām Bukhārī narrates: Abū Kuraib narrated to us, he said: Abū Usāmah narrated to us, from Buraid, from Abī Burdah, from Abū Mūsā, may Allāh be pleased with him, from the Prophet ﷺ, he said:

The example of the Muslims and the Jews and the Christians is like the example of a person who called some people to work for him until night, so they worked until midday, then said: We have no need of your wage. He then called other people at a wage and said to them: Work the rest of the day, and you will receive the reward according to the agreement. So they worked, until when the time of the 'Asr prayer came, they said: This much work only is for you, which we have done. Then that person called other people, who worked the rest of the day, until the sun set, and they took the complete reward of both the parties.
