Imām Bukhārī narrates: Abū al-Yamān narrated to us, he said: Shu'aib informed us, from al-Zuhrī, he said: Anas ibn Mālik, may Allāh be pleased with him, narrated to me that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ used to pray the 'Asr prayer at the time when the sun was high and shining. So a person going towards al-'Awālī would go, then reach them, and the sun would still be high. And some of al-'Awālī were four miles or so from Madīnah.
