Imām Bukhārī narrates: Muhammad ibn al-Muthannā narrated to us, he said: Yahyā narrated to us, he said: Ismā'īl narrated to us, he said: Qais narrated to us, from Jarīr ibn 'Abdullāh, he said:
I made bai'ah (pledge) with the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ upon establishing prayer, giving zakāh, and being sincere towards every Muslim.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ المُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ
بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى إِقَامِ الصَّلاَةِ، وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَالنُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ
