Sahih Al Bukhari 4

Ibn Shihab said that Abu Salamah bin Abdur Rahman informed me that Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Ansari (may Allah be pleased with both of them) was narrating the account of the pausing of revelation, he said:

At the time when I [the Messenger of Allah ﷺ] was going, I heard a voice from the sky. I raised my gaze and I saw that it was the same angel who had come to me in Hira. He was sitting upon a chair between the sky and the earth. I returned, in a state of awe because of him. I said: "Cover me." Then Allāh the Exalted sent down these verses: "O you who are wrapped in a cloak! Arise, then warn the people of Allah's punishment. And proclaim the greatness of your Lord. And keep your clothes pure. And remain steadfast upon abandoning idols." (Al-Muddaththir: 1-5) Then revelation descended abundantly, and revelation began coming continuously.

Abdullah bin Yusuf and Abu Salih followed Yahya bin Bukair (in narration from Laith), and Hilal bin Radad followed Uqail (in narration from) Ibn Shihab Zuhri, and Yunus and Ma'mar said, instead of "his heart was trembling," they said: "the flesh between his shoulders was trembling."
