Sub-Chapter (Baab)

Sahih Al Bukhari 387

Imam Bukhari narrates: Adam narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-A'mash, he said: I heard from Ibrahim, he narrates from Hammam bin Al-Harith, he said:

"I saw Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), he urinated, then he made Wudu and wiped upon his socks, then he stood and prayed, so he was asked about it, he said: I saw the Prophet ﷺ do the same thing."

Ibrahim said: This Hadeeth was liked by the Muhaddithin because Hazrat Jarir had accepted Islam at the end.
