(Imam Bukhari narrates that) Qabisah bin Uqbah narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Al-A'mash, from Abdullah bin Murrah, from Masruq, from Abdullah bin Amr, that the Prophet ﷺ said:

Whoever has four qualities will be a pure hypocrite, and whoever has one of these four qualities will have one sign of hypocrisy in him, until he leaves that quality: () when he is entrusted, he betrays the trust, () when he speaks, he lies, () when he makes a promise, he breaks it, () and when he disputes, he uses foul language and exceeds the limits.

This hadith has been followed by Shu'bah, from Al-A'mash.
