(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Bishr bin Khalid narrated to us, he said: Muhammad narrated to us, who is Ghundar, from Shu'bah, from Sulaiman, from Abi Wa'il, he said:
Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allāh be pleased with him) said to Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allāh be pleased with him): If a person cannot find water, should he not pray? Hazrat Abdullah said: If I gave them permission for that, then whoever feels even a little cold would do this, that is, perform Tayammum and pray. Hazrat Abu Musa says: I said: Then what explanation would there be for what Hazrat Ammar said to Hazrat Umar? Hazrat Ibn Mas'ud said: I did not see that Hazrat Umar was satisfied with Hazrat Ammar's statement.
