Sub-Chapter (Baab)

Sahih Al Bukhari 339

(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah informed us, he said: Al-Hakam informed me, from Dharr, from Sa'id bin Abdur Rahman bin Abza, from his father, that

Hazrat Ammar (may Allāh be pleased with him) did this, and Shu'bah struck both his hands on the ground, then brought them near his mouth, then wiped his face and wiped his palms. And An-Nadr said: Shu'bah informed us, from Al-Hakam, he said: I heard Dharr saying, from Abdur Rahman bin Abza. Al-Hakam said: I heard Ibn Abdur Rahman, from his father, that Hazrat Ammar said: Clean earth is the wudu of a Muslim; it is sufficient for him instead of water.
