‘Abdullāh narrated to me; Wahb narrated to us; my father narrated to us; I heard Yūnus, from al-Zuhrī, from Sālim,
that Ibn ‘Umar said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Do not enter the dwellings of those who wronged themselves unless you are weeping, lest what afflicted them afflict you as well.”
حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، سَمِعْتُ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَدْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ إِلاَّ أَنْ تَكُونُوا بَاكِينَ، أَنْ يُصِيبَكُمْ مِثْلُ مَا أَصَابَهُمْ "
