Sahih Al Bukhari 3380

Muḥammad narrated to me; ‘Abdullāh informed us; from Ma’mar; from al-Zuhrī, who said:

Sālim ibn ‘Abdullāh informed me, from his father (may Allāh be content with them): When the Prophet ﷺ passed by al-Ḥijr, he said: “Do not enter the dwellings of those who wronged themselves unless you are weeping, lest what afflicted them should afflict you.”

Then, he covered his face with his cloak while he was on his mount.
