Muḥammad ibn ‘Ar’arah narrated to me, Shu’bah narrated to us, from al-Ḥakam, from Mujāhid,

from Ibn ‘Abbās (may Allāh be content with them both), from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: “I was given victory by the east wind (al-Ṣabā), and ‘Ād were destroyed by the west wind (al- Dabūr).”
