(Imam Bukhari narrates that) Abu Al-Walid narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us (H). Imam Bukhari narrated, and Bishr narrated to me, he said: Muhammad narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Sulaiman, from Ibrahim, from Alqamah, from Abdullah, he said:

When this verse was revealed: "Those who believed and did not mix their faith with injustice" (Al-An'am: ), the Companions of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: Which of us does not wrong himself? Then Allāh revealed this verse: "Indeed, associating partners with Allāh is a great injustice." (Luqman: )
