(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Khalid bin Abdullah narrated to us, from Khalid, from Ikrimah, from Hazrat Aisha (may Allāh be pleased with her), that
one of the Prophet's ﷺ wives sat in i'tikaf with him while she had istihadah; she would see blood, so sometimes she would place a tray beneath her because of the blood (so that the blood would not fall in the mosque). And Ikrimah said: Hazrat Aisha saw a yellow-colored water, and she said: It is as though this is the same thing that so-and-so (a wife) used to see.
