(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Ayyash narrated to us, he said: Abdul A'la narrated to us, he said: Humaid narrated to us, from Bakr, from Abi Rafi', from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allāh be pleased with him), he said:
The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ met me while I was in janabah at that time. He took hold of my hand, so I walked with him, until he sat down. I slipped away quietly, then I came home, so I bathed, then I came, and he was sitting. He said: O Abu Hurairah! Where were you? So I told him. He said: Subhan Allah! O Abu Hurairah! Indeed, the believer is not impure.
