(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Abdan narrated to us, he said: Abu Hamzah informed us, he said: I heard Al-A'mash, from Salim, from Kuraib, from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allāh be pleased with both of them), he said: Hazrat Maimunah (may Allāh be pleased with her) narrated that
I placed water for the Prophet's ﷺ ghusl, then I screened him with a cloth, and he poured water on both his hands, then washed them, then poured water from his right hand onto his left hand, so washed his private part, then struck his hand on the ground, then rubbed it, then washed it, then rinsed his mouth and put water in his nose and washed his face and his wrists, then poured water on his head and poured water over his entire body, then went aside and washed both his feet. I gave him a towel; he did not take it and went away, shaking both his hands.
