Sahih Al Bukhari 249

(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Muhammad bin Yusuf narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Al-A'mash, from Salim bin Abi Al-Ja'd, from Kuraib, from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allāh be pleased with both of them), from Hazrat Maimunah (may Allāh be pleased with her), wife of the Prophet ﷺ, she says that

the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ performed wudu as he performs wudu for prayer, except for his feet, and washed his private part, and washed the impurity on it, then poured water over himself, then, setting his feet aside, washed them; this was his ghusl of janabah.
