(Imam Bukhari narrates that) Isma'il narrated to us, he said: Imam Malik narrated to me, from Amr bin Yahya Al-Mazini, from his father, from Hazrat Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (may Allāh be pleased with him), that the Prophet ﷺ said that
the people of Paradise will enter Paradise, and the people of the Fire will enter the Fire. Then Allāh the Exalted will say: Take out of the Fire whoever has even a mustard seed's weight of faith in his heart. Then those people will be taken out of the Fire, who will have been burnt black. Then they will be thrown into the river of Haya, or Hayat (life) — Imam Malik was uncertain about this word — then they will become fresh, just as a seed sprouts in silt at the edge of a flood. Have you not seen how it comes out twisted, in a yellow color?
Wuhaib said: In Amr's narration, the word is "Hayat," and he said: has a mustard seed's weight of good.
