(Imam Bukhari narrates that) Muhammad bin Salam Baikandi narrated to us, he said: Abdah informed us, from Hisham, from his father, from Hazrat Aisha (may Allāh be pleased with her), she said that

the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, when he commanded us to do any deed, would command that deed which we had the strength for. So the Companions said: O Messenger of Allāh! We are not like your personage; indeed Allāh has forgiven all your past and future (seemingly not the best) deeds. (Upon hearing this) he became angry, so much so that the signs of anger appeared on his face. Then he said: Indeed, I am the most fearful of Allāh among you, and I have the most knowledge of Allāh among you.
