Sub-Chapter (Baab)

Sahih Al Bukhari 190

Al-Imām al-Bukhārī narrates: ‘Abd al-Raḥmān ibn Yūnus narrated to us; he said: Ḥātim ibn Ismā’īl narrated to us, from al-Ja’d, who said:

I heard al-Sā’ib ibn Yazīd - may Allāh Almighty be content with him - say: “My maternal aunt took me to the Prophet ﷺ and said, ‘O Messenger of Allāh, indeed my nephew has pain in his head.’ So he passed his hand over my head and supplicated for blessing for me. Then he performed Wuḍū’, and I drank from the water of his Wuḍū’. Then I stood behind him and looked at the Seal of Prophethood between his shoulders; it was like the knob of a canopy (or small tent).”
