Sahih Al Bukhari 180

Al-Imām al-Bukhārī - upon whom be mercy - narrates: Isḥāq (that is, Ibn Manṣūr) reported to us; he said: al-Naḍr reported to us; he said: Shu’bah reported to us, from al-Ḥakam, from Dhakwān Abū Ṣāliḥ,

from Abū Sa’īd al-Khuḍrī (may Allāh Almighty be content with him), that: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ called a man from among the Anṣār. He came while drops of water were falling from his head. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Perhaps we summoned you in haste?” He replied, “Yes.” Then the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “When you are called in haste, or when semen is not discharged (i.e. there is no ejaculation), then Wuḍū’ is required upon you.”

In this ḥadīth, Wahb followed up al-Naḍr; he said: Shu’bah reported to us. Imām Abū ‘Abd Allāh al-Bukhārī said: Ghunder and Yaḥyā, in their narrations from Shu’bah, did not mention the word Wuḍū’.
