(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Musa bin Ismail narrated the hadith to us, he said: Wuhaib narrated the hadith to us, he said: Ayyub narrated the hadith to us, from Abi al-Aliyah al-Bara, from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Allāh be pleased with them both), he narrated that

the Prophet ﷺ and his Companions came reciting the Talbiyah of Hajj on the morning of the fourth of Dhul Hijjah, he ﷺ commanded them that they make it an Umrah, except those who had a sacrificial animal with them.

Ata has corroborated Abi al-Aliyah, from Hazrat Jabir (Allāh be pleased with him).
