(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Abū Nu'aim narrated to us, he said: Shaibān narrated to us, from Yahyā, from Abī Salamah, from 'Abdullāh ibn 'Amr, he narrated:
when the sun was eclipsed in the time of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, this announcement was made: that the prayer is ready. Then the Prophet ﷺ performed two rukū's with one sajdah, then he stood up, then performed two rukū's with one sajdah, then he sat down, then the sun became uncovered. 'Ā'ishah, may Allāh be pleased with her, narrated: I had never performed such a long sajdah before this.
