(Imām Bukhārī narrates): Abul Yaman narrated the hadith to us, he said: Shu'aib informed us, from az-Zuhri, he said: Abbad bin Tamim narrated the hadith to me that his uncle, and he was from the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ, he narrates that

the Prophet ﷺ took the people out for the prayer of Istisqa, so he ﷺ stood, then he ﷺ supplicated to Allāh standing, then he ﷺ turned towards the Qiblah and turned his cloak around, so rain fell upon them.
